The CAP in Mons presents Pulsations. Visages d’une Cité, a choral and initiatory exhibition bringing together nearly 40 artists and a collection of historical objects, some dating back centuries. This exhibition offers an intimate and sensitive portrait of the city, where heritage and contemporary art intertwine.

A Dialogue Between Past and Present

The exhibited works include drawings, sculptures, chasubles, liturgical objects, watercolors, and ancient parchments, weaving together a fresco where memory and modernity merge. But which city are we talking about? Mons, of course, but also all cities shaped by history and modernity.

Among the featured artists: Pierre Libaert, Marcel Lefrancq, Norbert Ghuisoland, Christian Boltanski, Claire Ducène, Tadashi Kawamata, Balthasar Burkhard, Charley Case, Laurence Vray, VOID Collectif, Remy Hans, Barrabas Dits, Philippe Bouillon, Bruno Vande Graaf, Maxime Van Roy, Rino Noviello, Malik Choukrane, Marie-Françoise Plissart, La Toya Ruby Frazier, Jean-Marie Mahieu, Arsène Detry, Bertille Bak, Jil Barez, Mara De Sario, and many more.
