Mons ensures the accessibility of its infrastructures with several public restrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

Public restrooms are available in the courtyard of the Town Hall (Grand Place 22 – 7000 Mons), including a facility accessible for PRM. Adapted toilets are also accessible at several public locations, including the Halle parking lot (rue de la Halle) and the Grand Place parking lot (rue d'Havré), as well as within the municipal administration (rue Buisseret 2). Other projects to improve accessible restrooms are underway.

Mons train station is designed to ensure optimal access for people with reduced mobility.

It has 18 PMR parking spaces, as well as adapted toilets for maximum comfort. A free assistance service is also available for travelers who have difficulty moving around on their own. It is recommended to book assistance in advance and consult the available practical information.
