Opposite the Blaugies brewery, discover the tavern of the restaurant Le Fourquet, run by Cédric Carlier, the brewer's brother, and his wife Stéphanie Juste. Both graduates of the Saint-Ghislain hospitality school, they are joined by their three children: Ethan, Mathys, and Nolhan.
