Behind JOLICOEUR is Ludo, a “Hyperactive” individual who discovered coffee through his travels to Anglo-Saxon countries, as well as at the source in places like Peru and Indonesia.

During these travels, he had the opportunity to learn the barista profession by working in various establishments in Canada and Australia.

After these experiences, he decided to return to Belgium to set up his concept, more inspired than ever: a coffee roaster inspired by the world.

With beans sourced from around the world, JOLICOEUR, in collaboration with Cuprima, guarantees high-quality, traceable, and sustainable specialty coffees with a consumption model that is healthy and respects human rights. The beans come from cooperatives that unite different farms working in solidarity from the field to the finished product. Why? To support local development and certify quality products for the consumer.
